In case of death, the remaining balance of the loan is written off, and the system becomes property of the deceased’s family, provided that a certified death certificate is submitted to the Ministry.

Clients will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the total deposit received upon cancellation. The Ministry ay cancel the application if the client fails to pay the full deposit on time or delays installation. 

The Service Provider is required to provide a guarantee or warranty for the materials. SRF does not offer any guarantee or warranty on the solar system.
